How Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapy Can Help You

My approach works with both the conscious mind and the subconscious mind in a relaxed, focused state. We gently explore the automatic patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that often sit beneath awareness.

You remain fully aware and in complete control at all times. There is no stage hypnosis and no loss of control, only guided attention and insight.

Psychotherapy

Works primarily through conversation and conscious insight. It builds awareness, understanding, and behavioural strategies over time.

Hypnotherapy

Uses focused relaxation and suggestion to help shift automatic responses, habits, and emotional reactions.

Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapy

I use the BCHAPS model within the Function-Focused Hypno-Psychotherapy (FFH-P) framework. We calm the automatic body-mind reactions first (the “feeling mind”), then gently resolve deeper patterns and safety behaviours. This structured method is why most clients experience real relief sooner and why the changes tend to last.

How it can help

Clients often come to see me for support with:

• anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• depression, low mood, and loss of motivation
• healing the effects of trauma or difficult life experiences
• chronic pain and mind–body healing
• breaking unwanted habits and patterns
• building confidence, resilience, and emotional balance
• personal growth, meaning, and transpersonal exploration

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and grounded in real-world application and are available in-person in Phnom Penh or online via secure video. Most people begin with 6–10 sessions. You will receive short, personalised recordings for home practice to reinforce the changes between sessions.

A few questions to consider

Have you ever noticed your body or mind reacting with tension, worry, or avoidance before you even had a chance to think?

Do the same old patterns such as racing thoughts, emotional triggers, or safety habits keep pulling you back, even when you want something different?

What would change if those automatic inner responses could be gently calmed and rewired to support you instead of working against you?

If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone and a short, no-pressure conversation could be the first step toward real calm, clarity, and lasting resilience.
